Each year a million cats and dogs are euthanized in shelters.  Others are abandonded to the street and often suffer and die.  We take in abandoned cats and house those who we can until we find adopters.  We welcome donations, fosters and volunteers who can help the cats.  We must be their voice.

SAVE THE DATE: Each spring, A WALK IN THE PARK joinsin the annual Haltom City Car Fest to provide school supplies for children in need. There will be classic cars and motorcycles for viewing.

Our Activities in years past:  Painting Cats and Dogs with Sheila -  free art sessions

North Texas Dog Whisperer, Dawn Orr, will

have a booth to help with dog training and diets. We have had origami and special Easter egg treats for the kids.

volunteers are welcomed to help with their particular talents to educate our youngsters about the care of animals and the need to find homes for them all.  Our goal is to end homelessness of our animals.
